Do you have a problem with your order?  Not completely satisfied with your BigBox experience?  Never fear, BigBox Games is here and anxious to set your gaming world right again.  Hopefully you’ll find the answers you need here, but if you need more immediate service, contact us by email at customerserv@bigboxgames.com.

 

Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not shipped.  Once a product has shipped, it will need to be handled as a return.  BigBoxGames.com will accept back any unopened game within 30 days of delivery and will offer a refund minus shipping costs, or store credit, no questions asked.  Refunds can only be made in the payment method used for the original purchase, so if you paid with a Visa card, then the refund will be credited to that card.

 

Within 30 days, any unopened game can be returned if:

 

  • the product is damaged (product may be opened and will still qualify for return);
  • the product is missing parts necessary for play (product will likely be opened and will still qualify for return);
  • it is not the game you ordered.

 

Games that are damaged or missing parts will be replaced with the same or similar product.  If you’ve had the game longer than 30 days but it’s still unopened, contact us at customerserv@bigboxgames.com and we’ll consider each case separately.  In most cases, we would prefer to give you a store credit in exchange for the game.

 

If the game you received is not the game you ordered, consider this your lucky day!  If the game you received interests you, BigBox will let you keep that game, we’ll ship you the correct game and we’ll cover the shipping.  Of course, if you have no interest in the game you received by mistake, you can always send it back to us, unopened, and we’ll still send you the correct game with free shipping.

 

For those of you who have opened a game and kept it for more than 30 days, there is no refund, no exchange, and no store credit.  Consider the game yours and enjoy it!

 

Returning Games to BigBox

 

Email us at customerserv@bigboxgames.com immediately to receive instructions for any return.  Please include your name, order number or product name and a brief explanation of why the item needs to be returned.  We will contact you as soon as possible with the information you'll need to return your game to us.

 

Remember, BigBoxGames.com offers a refund of the game's purchase price less shipping, or we will offer a store credit, on any unopened, undamaged game within 30 days of delivery.
