Privacy and Security Policy  

1. Personal Information.  The BigBox staff is made up of avid games-players, but we will never play games with your personal information.  The information you give us (name, address, credit card information, etc.) will only be used to process your orders and will never be used without your permission.  The information you submit to BigBox will be encrypted for your security, and it will never be sold or given to third parties; your information will remain private and confidential.

 

2. Cookies.  Like many Websites, BigBoxGames.com uses “cookies” to remember you when you return to our store.  If you create a BigBox account, you may check the box marked “Remember Me” when logging in to take advantage of this feature.  However, anyone with access to your computer will also have access to your BigBox account; if you are using a public computer or do not want your personal information displayed, we strongly recommend that you do not use this feature.  Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to shop at BigBoxGames.com.

 

3. Email.  Email addresses that you provide to us will be used for correspondence about orders and may be used to notify you of BigBox deals and discounts.  Additionally, BigBox Games may develop a newsletter to inform customers of new game releases, game reviews and other industry-focused information.  Newsletters will be distributed via email only to customers who subscribe and customers may unsubscribe at any time:

 

·         Click on the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of the newsletter; OR

·         Open your BigBox account and access your Personal Profile.  Remove the check mark from the box marked “Subscribe to Newsletter.”

 

These additional rules should keep the newsletter from being a nuisance:

 

·         Customers will never be automatically added to the newsletter mailing list.

·         Customers will not be able to subscribe or unsubscribe other people.

·         No customer’s name or email address will ever be sold or given to a third party for any reason.

 

4. Third Parties.  BigBox will not give or sell your information to other companies, but we will share necessary information with individuals and organizations hired by BigBox to fulfill orders, deliver packages and process credit card payments.  These BigBox agents will only receive the information necessary to do their jobs and they will not be permitted to use it for any other purpose.

 

5. Minors and Children.  BigBox carries a wide selection of children’s and family games, but we will never knowingly sell products to children.  If you are under the age of 18, we ask that you shop at BigBoxGames.com under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
