BigBoxGames.com happily accepts payment by credit card or by Paypal.  Our preferred method of payment is by credit card, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  Customers can safely enter their entire credit card number over our secure server.  Please include all required information, especially your card's CVV code, so that your card can be properly verified.

 

To make payment through Paypal, please provide your Paypal account number.  This number is required in order to complete your BigBox purchase.

 

BigBoxGames.com will also accept store-issued gift certificates for payment.  Click here to find out more about redeeming BigBox gift certificates.

 

 

BigBoxGames.com will gladly ship products anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.  At this time, we do not ship internationally, not even to Canada or Mexico.  Sorry.

 

BigBox charges normal shipping rates on all orders unless specifically stated.  To determine shipping rates, simply use our easy-to-use rate calculator: enter your Zip Code in the box in your shopping cart and press the button marked "Calculate Shipping" to receive a list of available shipping methods and prices.

 

 

BigBox customers have the option of creating unique user accounts by providing a user name or email address and creating a unique password.  User accounts allow customers to save billing and shipping information; subscribe or unsubscribe to BigBox newsletters; store items in the shopping cart for a period of 50 days; and save products to personalized shopping wish lists.  User accounts are also necessary in order to track product shipments online.  To create an account, simply click “Register” at the top of each page and follow the instructions.  User accounts are NOT required for shopping at BigBoxGames.com.

 

 

Shopping at BigBoxGames.com couldn’t be easier!  To place an order:

 

2. Enter the number of games you wish to buy in the QTY box, and click the red Add to Cart button.  The page will refresh, and you will immediately be able to see the game you selected, the price and the quantity in the “Your Shopping Cart” box located at the top of each page.

Once items are in your cart, you may change the quantity by entering the correct number in the QTY box found in Your Shopping Cart and clicking the Update Quantities link.

 

To remove individual products from your Shopping Cart simply click on the red X box located to the left of the product name.  A confirmation message box will appear asking, “Are you sure you wish to remove [name of game] from your cart?”  Click on OK to remove the item or click cancel.  To remove all items in your cart, click on the Clear Your Cart link.  Again, a confirmation message will appear asking, “Are you sure you wish to clear your cart?” Click OK to continue or click cancel.

 

3. Continue browsing, clicking the Add to Cart button for each product you want to buy.  Each time you do, Your Shopping Cart will refresh to show you each new addition.

4. Once you’ve selected all the games you want to purchase, click on the red Proceed to Checkout button located in Your Shopping Cart.  If you are a returning customer and have already created an account, you may login to your account to use the customer and shipping information you’ve already provided.  If you are a new customer without an account, you may continue to check out by simply filling in the required information.

5. Clicking on the View Cart Details link will open a new Web page that displays detailed information about the items in your cart.  You can also see shipping rates before checking out by entering your zip code and clicking on Calculate Shipping.  Doing this will display BigBoxGames.com’s available shipping options but does not add shipping costs to the cost of items in your cart.

BigBox gift certificates and coupons may be used to purchase any product at BigBoxGames.com.  Each gift certificate or coupon will include a code number that you will need in order to redeem it.  Simply enter the code into the appropriate Discount Code box during checkout and the amount of the gift certificate or coupon will automatically be deducted from your total.  Limit one code per purchase.

 

If you’re thinking, “That can’t be all there is to it,” you’re right.  Here’s the rest of the story:

1. BigBox gift certificates and coupons can only be redeemed at BigBoxGames.com.
2. BigBox will NOT accept gift certificates or coupons from other stores.
3. Gift certificates and coupons cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates.
4. Gift certificates and coupons are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund.
5. BigBoxGames.com is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.
6. Customers trying to use fake gift certificates and coupons will be caught.  This is a form of fraud.  BigBoxGames.com reserves the right to close customer accounts and request other forms of payment from anyone caught trying such deviousness.

 

Viewing Order Status

 

Login to your BigBox customer account to check the status of a BigBox purchase.  Your account page will welcome you by name and will show an account summary of the number of orders you’ve placed and the number of orders pending, cancelled or completed.  For detailed information about a specific order, go to Account Settings and click on the link for Order Status.

 

 

If you've placed an order and it hasn't arrived yet, login to your BigBox customer account and check the status of your order – it’s possible the game you ordered wasn't in stock and hasn't shipped yet.  If this is the case, BigBox will make sure you get your game as soon as possible.

 

When your order ships, you will receive an email from BigBox Games confirming your order and the shipping method you selected.  If you selected UPS, you will also be given a tracking number unique to your order and a link to an online tracking site where you can find detailed information about the shipping status of your order.
